Debuting their signature blend of simplicity and complexity to Australian audiences, internationally awarded New Zealand architects Fearon Hay set a new benchmark for Brighton. Uniting a modern vision with timeless design, innovative landscaping, and refined interior detailing, Fearon Hay’s generous sense of scale infused every aspect of Lindsay. The result was an ambitious proposition that felt at once distinct, yet at ease within the Brighton neighbourhood.

Lindsay embodied a contemporary expression of luxury, combining grand ceilings, sweeping layouts and leafy garden outlooks, honouring Brighton’s classic architectural heritage. Comprised of eleven residences including two penthouses, Jacmax curated an inspired collaboration between Fearon Hay, Eckersley Garden Architecture and Ironside Construction, to deliver residences that enrich and endure.
